Our
Asta frame is the ideal choice if you are intent on building
the perfect high-end Cross-country or light All-Mountain
bike. It's geometry makes this frame a real joy in the tight
stuff while it can stretch its legs to run with the front
of the pack on those long single-track sections. Current
version includes more travel, lighter weight triple-butted
6069 aluminum and expanded cockpit lengths.
This
frame is purpose built to run 100mm front forks and features
component size requirements like 27.2mm seatpost, 68mm bottom-bracket
shell and 1 & 1/8" steerer that make it an easy
build. A Cane Creek S-3 headset with sealed cartridge bearings
is included as is an exceptionally fine Manitou S-Type SR
SPV rear shock and a quick release seat-tube clamp.

whether you want to build a truly competitive full-suspension
XC race bike or simply the best lightweight All-Mountain trailbike
