For
2008 the big news on our Ignition series is this all new,
3rd generation All-Mountain frame with 120mm travel (just
shy of 5"). Highlights include 6061 aluminum construction,
multi-link rear suspension, shaped main tubes with full
gussetting and ovalized seat-tube brace. While previous
generation Ignitions have always been very capable trailbikes,
this new frame takes the Ignition series up to a whole new
level of performance... longer travel, rugged design and
well thought out geometry make the new Ignitions easily
the most capable bikes that we've ever produced in their
price range.
Ignition
frames are made from prime quality 6061 aluminum. It's an
extremely strong and aggressive frame that is especially
well suited as an all around All-Mountain trail bike and
is even pretty capable as a light Freeride rig. The pivots
use sealed cartridge bearings usually found only on much
more expensive bikes.
