Frame:
The X-Ray's frame features Double-Butted 6061 aluminum tubing
including an aero downtube for flex-free integrity and S-bend
seatstays that add power to cantilever brakes and provide
plenty of clerance for wider cyclocross tires.. The geometry
is engineered to deliver a stable ride without sacrificing
quick acceleration and lightening-fast reflexes.

Our
X-Ray Cyclocross frame is available separately or with optional
carbon fork for those who prefer to build their own CX bike.
The X-Ray's tight geometry gives racers the edge they need
to win. More casual riders will find this a very stable platform
for an "all-arounder," as well. The aluminum frame,
now with double-butted tubing, features S-bend seatstays for
extra tire clearance and added braking performance while the
aero downtube helps create a stiff, though lightweight, chassis.
The
optional EVO carbon fiber fork was designed specifically
for Cyclocrossl with plenty of tire clearance and built-in
cantilever (or V-brake) bosses. FSA's highly acclaimed Orbit
IS integrated headset with cartridge bearings is included.
The IBEX X-Ray is already making its presence known in Cyclocross
circles and the changes for 2005 (revised geometry, lighter
frame material and repositioned cable guides) make it now
even more competitive!
