Shipping charges are per bike or per bike frame and include insurance. Bikes are generally shipped within 1 to 3 days of order. FedEx transit times vary - see FedEx Service Guide or FedEx Zone Map for additional info. Shipping originates from Alpharettta, GA 30004.

We can arrange warehouse pick-up of our bicycles in Georgia for our local customers, but maintain no showroom or retail storefront location. All purchases must be made in advance of pick-up.

Shipping fee per bike:

* APO/FPO Shipping OK - Note:Actual USPS charges vary for APO & FPO military shipping. In support of our US Military members IBEX covers any overages or oversize fees.

** NO SHIPPING TO CANADA - Note: Sorry we do not ship to Canada at this time.

*** NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We ship to US destinations only (excepting US Military APO/FPO shipping).

Transit Times:

Orders are usually shipped within 3 days. FedEx transit times generally range from 3 to 7 days. Please see FedEx Service Guide or FedEx Zone Map for estimated transit time to your location (we ship from Alpharetta, GA 30004). Some packages will be shipped UPS or USPS as the need arises (sorry, no special service or selection requests). For UPS transit times see USP Zone Map.

Payment Info:

Our Shopping Cart system has secure Credit Card processing for AMEX, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We can also accept PayPal (online payment service), wire transfer or USPS Money Orders. Note: For Money Order payments please phone in to reserve item. We will hold it for you for 7-days. We cannot guarantee selection if payment arrives past the 7-day hold.

Cancellations:

Cancellation penalty is 6% of the total amount placed on credit card on orders (and reservations) placed and cacelled before shipping (10% prior to April 1st, 2007). This is intended to cover fees we are billed by credit card companies for processing both the original charge and again for processing the refund.
